The 12 hour response and 16 hours resolution time guarantee applies only to first 10 ticket in last 30 days. If you open more than 10 tickets then response and resolution time guarantee will be voided. And you will have to wait longer time for ticket resolution.

So don't open unnecessary tickets and void the guarantee. Open tickets only when there is some problem on the server.
