All the ticket you open will be answered and resolved. But the 12 hour response and 24 hours resolution time guarantee applies only to first 10 ticket in last 30 days. So if you open more than 10 tickets then you will have to wait longer time for resolution.
So don't open unnecessary tickets and void the guarantee. Open tickets only when there is some problem on the server.
