The ServerManagementPlus and Nexus monitoring was down for 59 minutes and 4 seconds. It was due to hardware failure. There was fault in CPU module and our server provider OVH replaced it. Everything is back to normal now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A bug in Nexus monitoring had resulted in large number of false server down alerts. This has been resolved now.
Recent security upgrade was preventing many clients from logging in to client area. It has been resolved now.
